摘要
为了真实地体现车载多媒体系统的振动性能,需要振动夹具将振动台的输入能量尽可能不失真的传递给测试件,这就要求振动夹具的一阶固有频率高于测试件的测试频率。本文运用有限元分析法,分析出某车载多媒体振动夹具原始方案前五阶固有频率,然后针对分析结果,做对应的设计优化,直到满足要求。
To embody the actual vibration performance of the vehicle media system,the vibration fixture needs to transfer the energy of the shaker to the test samples without any loss,it needs vibration fixture has higher natural frequency then the test frequency.This thesis uses the FEA tools to analysis the first natural frequency of the fixture concept,then optimize the design based on the FEA result until meet the requirement.
