临床医学院研究生信息管理平台的应用

Application of Postgraduate Information Management Platform in Clinical Medical College

目前很多医学院校都有专门的学生信息管理系统对学生基本信息、课程安排、科研管理等进行统一管理。但医学生需要到临床医学院进行很长时间的实习,学生分配到各个临床医学院后,临床医学院对学生的管理往往还停留在传统的纸质登记,如学生信息、导师带教、出入科管理、临床见习等情况,随着学生数量的不断增加,临床医学院教学管理工作有比较大的难度,迫切需要建立统一的研究生信息管理平台,并与医学院校的学生信息管理系统进行对接,实现学校、医院、研究生管理工作的连续性,把握了研究生培养督导工作的各个环节,提高临床医学院的教学质量。

At present,many medical colleges have specialized student information management systems for the unified management of students'basic information,curriculum arrangement,and scientific research management.However,medical students need to go to clinical medical school for a long time internship.After students are assigned to various clinical medical schools,the management of students in clinical medical schools often stays in traditional paper registration,such as student information,tutor teaching,and access.With the continuous increase of the number of students,the teaching management of clinical medical schools is quite difficult.It is urgent to establish a unified postgraduate information management platform,and to interface with the student information management system of medical colleges,to achieve continuity in the management of schools,hospitals,and postgraduates,to grasp all aspects of postgraduate training and supervision,and to improve the quality of teaching in clinical medical schools.
