摘要
文章通过对防霉剂SF501的防霉机理的叙述,结合光学仪器特点进行了挥发性杀菌、光学组件显雾、对金属腐蚀、光谱透光率、整机加速和环境实验。以及对航空相机、煤航航测相机、航拍遥感相机使用情况,进行实地调研,现场查验,对存在的光学镜头霉雾现象,霉雾清除与长期防范未得到解决,光学镜头品质下降,严重影响图像品质,认为应该加装挥发性防霉剂SF501。
Through the description of the anti-mildew mechanism of anti-moisture agent SF501,combined with the characteristics of optical instruments,volatile sterilization,fogging of optical components,corrosion of metals,spectral transmittance,acceleration of the whole machine,and environmental experiments were carried out.As well as field investigation and on-site inspection on the use of aerial camera,coal navigation camera and aerial photography remote sensing camera were carried out.There is a mold lens fog phenomenon,mold mist removal and long-term prevention have not been resolved,the quality of the optical lens is degraded,seriously affecting the image quality,and it is considered that the volatile mold inhibitor SF501 should be added.
