摘要
遵循精益生产的基本原理,运用设施布局方法探索物流系统优化机理,并通过作业分析把握物流设施布局的基本约束;根据实验教学的背景与要求,通过生物流现状描述及价值流分析,探寻设施布局及生产系统改善的基本途径,认识企业生产物流系统中的问题,并对生产过程重点环节进行分析改进;最后是实验方案设计。希望通过实验教学,加深对物流系统优化的理解,增强物流系统优化的动手能力和创新能力。
This paper follows the basic principle of lean production,uses the facility layout method to explore the optimization mechanism of logistics system,and grasps the basic constraints of logistics facilities layout through job analysis.Based on the background and requirements of experimental teaching,this paper explores the basic ways of facility layout and production system improvement through the description of biological flow status and value stream analysis,understands the problems in the production logistics system,and analyzes and improves the key links of the production process.Finally,it designs the experimental program.It is hoped that through experimental teaching,the understanding of logistics system optimization will be deepened,and the practical ability and innovation ability of logistics system optimization will be enhanced.
