摘要
卫星通信在全球通信中的应用越来越多,但因受限于带宽,在沿海发达地区,突发的业务激增时常会导致信道拥塞。在实际的VoIP通话应用中出现了长时间拥塞后话音严重迟滞的现象,延迟可达10 s,且无法自行缓解,给使用者带来了极其不好的使用体验,严重影响了VoIP通信的实时性。针对VoIP在卫星环境下应用的特征,通过深入分析媒体处理原理,提出了一种适应突发拥塞的预处理方法,从而避免迟滞现象的出现,改善通话质量。
Satellite communications are increasingly used in global communication,but due to bandwidth limitations,sudden bursts of traffic often lead to channel congestion in developed coastal areas.In actual VoIP call applications;there is a serious delay in voice after a long period of congestion.The delay is up to 10 seconds,and it cannot be relieved by itself,which brings a very bad user experience and seriously affects the real-time performance of VoIP communication.Aiming at the characteristics of VoIP application in satellite environment,through in-depth analysis of media processing principle,a preprocessing method to adapt to sudden congestion is proposed to avoid the occurrence of hysteresis and improve call quality.
