吸收塔浆液起泡溢流的原因分析及解决办法

Analysis and solutions of absorber suriflux foaming overflow

在石灰石—石膏湿法脱硫系统运行过程中,吸收塔浆液溢流是一种常见的现象.一旦发生将对脱硫系统的稳定运行非常不利,不仅会降低脱硫效率,污染环境,而且还会造成周围设备的腐蚀,严重时甚至会导致诸如增压风机叶片损坏等重大事故.通过对吸收塔浆液溢流的现象、起泡机理、成因等进行了分析,介绍了浆液溢流对脱硫系统运行的危害,提出了吸收塔浆液溢流的预防和处理措施.

In the wet limestone-gypsum flue gas desulfurization(FGD)process system,the absorber seriflux o-verflowing is relatively common phenomenon.Once it occurs,it will be very unfavorable for the stable operation of the desulfurization system,which will not only reduce the desulfurization efficiency,pollute the environment,but also cause corrosion of surrounding equipment,and even cause serious accidents such as damage of the booster fan blades.In this paper,the phenomenon of overflow of slurry in the absorption tower,foaming mech-anism and causes are analyzed.The harm of slurry overflow to the operation of desulfurization system is intro-duced.The prevention and treatment measures of slurry overflow in absorption tower are proposed.
