摘要
针对供热机组,提出采暖抽汽推动背压汽轮机,并拖动后置异步发电机,所发电量直接并入厂用电系统,可有效地降低厂用电率.同时,采用串级加热的方式,在满足热网循环水供水温度的前提下,实现蒸汽能量"梯级利用"和热网循环水"分级加热",此改造方案具有显著的经济效益和良好的社会效益.
For the heating unit,it proposed that the heating extraction steam pushed the back pressure steam turbine and draged the asynchronous generator,and the generated energy was directly integrated into the pow-er system,which could effectively reduce the power supply rate.The cascade heating could satisfy the water temperature of the heat network,and finally cascade utilization of steam energy and graded heating of circulat-ing water were realized.This scheme had remarkable economic benefits and favourable social benefits.
