提高大庆浅气区调整井固井质量技术研究

摘要 针对大庆喇嘛甸油田北东区块和采油四厂杏7区块浅层气及气顶气发育易发生固井窜槽和气窜,严重影响固井质量的技术难题,大庆油田钻探工程公司钻井二公司应用双凝水泥浆和低温浅层防气窜两套水泥浆体系,并根据地层压力分布情况采用套管外封隔器固井技术,制定了"压稳"和"防窜"相结合来提高固井质量的技术措施,实现了该区块完井安全和固井质量的双重保障。采用该技术后喇嘛甸气库区固井优质率达到94.23%,提高了2.5个百分点;采油四厂杏7区块固井优质率达到90.14%,提高了10.14个百分点。应用结果表明,这套技术措施能够大幅度提高大庆油田浅气区调整井固井质量,应用前景广阔。 Due to the development of shallow gas and gas cap gas in the northeast block of Lamadian Oilfield and Xing7 block of No.4 oil production plant in Daqing,cementing channeling and gas channeling are easy to occur,which seriously affects the cementing quality.In view of this technical problem,the second drilling company of Daqing oilfield drilling engineering company applies the double-condensing cement slurry system and the low temperature shallow layer anti gas channeling cement slurry system,and adopts the outer casing packer cementing technology according to the formation pressure distribution,and formulates the technical measures of combining"pressure stability"with"anti channeling"to improve the cementing quality,so as to realize the double guarantee of well completion safety and cementing quality in this block.After using this technology,the cementing high-quality rate in Lamadian gas reservoir area reached 94.23%,increased by 2.5%;the cementing high-quality rate in Xing7 block of No.4 oil production plant reached 90.14%,increased by 10.14%.The results show that this set of technical measures can greatly improve the cementing quality of the adjustment wells in the shallow gas area of Daqing Oilfield,and has a broad application prospect.
