摘要
安全距离计算是LNG接收站设计的重要环节,不仅关系到站场的运营安全,而且关系到站场周边民众安全。大型LNG储罐作为LNG接收站的最大危险源,其安全距离的计算更为重要。从LNG储罐间距、LNG储罐与周边建构筑物距离、隔热距离、扩散隔离区4个方面对GB 50183-2004和GB/T 22724-2008这两个标准进行了对比分析,并在此基础上对标准执行与修订提出了建议,为后续LNG接收站设计及有关标准的修订提供借鉴。
Safety distance calculation is an important part of the design of LNG receiving station,which not only concerns the operation safety of the station,but also the safety of the people around the station.Large LNG storage tank is the biggest danger source of LNG receiving station,and the calculation of its safety distance is very important.The standards GB 50183-2004 and GB/T 22724-2008 are comparatively analyzed from four aspects:the distance between LNG storage tanks,the distance between LNG storage tanks and surrounding buildings,heat insulation distance and diffusion isolation area,and some suggestions for the implementation and revision of two standards are put forward,which is of reference significance for the subsequent design of LNG receiving stations and the revision of relevant standards.
