社会公正包括权利平等、机会均等、制度合理、分配公平等四个方面的内容,实质上,它指的是人与人之间、人与社会之间正确的权益关系。追求社会公正就是要合理调节这种权益关系,实现权益的合理分配。贫富差距拉大、腐败滋生等容易导致社会不公正问题凸显,进而影响到政府的公信力,甚至引发社会的不安定。社会公正是中国特色社会主义的内在要求。在社会主义市场经济条件下,我们要坚持社会主义公正原则,拓宽社会公正的实践路径,以实现社会的和谐、稳定和发展。

Social justice includes four aspects:equality of rights,equal opportunity,institutional justice,and fairness of distribution.Its essence is how to rationally regulate people,people and society.The relationship of rights and interests,so as to achieve a reasonable distribution of rights.The problem of social injustice caused by the unfair distribution of resources,and the widening gap between the rich and the poor have increasingly highlighted the credibility of the government,and may even lead to social failure stable.Pursuing social justice is an inherent requirement of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Under the conditions of the socialist market economy,it is particularly important to explore the importance and practical path of the principle of socialist justice.
