以加强行政伦理建设化解党面临的“四种危险”

Enforcing the Administrative Ethics to Break the "Four Dangers" CPC Faces

精神懈怠、能力不足、脱离群众、消极腐败是当前我党面临的"四种危险",也是新时代加强党的执政能力建设和先进性、纯洁性建设需要解决的问题。"四种危险"大都属于行政伦理失范。应以内控为根本,以外控为重点,将内控与外控结合在一起,系统构建行政伦理,同时突出重点,促使党员干部紧密联系群众,振奋精神、开拓创新、提升能力、勇于担当,并且保持清正廉洁。要大力推进党的自我革命,巩固从严治党的成果,推动公正、廉洁、高效的法治型、服务型政府建设。

At present,the "Four Dangers" CPC faces are loafing spirit,scarce capacity,isolated from the masses and negative corruption,which are also the problems to be solved in strengthening the Party’s governing ability,advanced nature and purity in the new era.Most of the Party’s "Four Dangers" belong to the anomie of administrative ethics.We should take internal control as the foundation and external control as the focus,combining the internal control with the external control to build administrative ethics systematically and highlight the key points at the same time.All the Party members and cadres shall keep close contact with the masses,hold inspired and innovative spirit,improve the ability,be brave in taking on responsibility and remain integrity.We also need to advance the Party’s self-revolution vigorously,consolidate the achievements of strict administration of the Party,and build a fair,clean,and efficient government based on the law and service.
