国家物流枢纽城市建设背景下高职物流管理专业人才培养途径探索

Research on Personnel Training of Logistics Management in Higher Vocational Colleges Connecting with the Construction of National Logistics Hub City

建设127个(2025年计划达到150个)国家物流枢纽城市这一战略布局,为物流产业发展带来了巨大的机遇。但是,目前我国高层次物流人才匮乏。高职院校承担着为生产、建设、服务第一线培养高端复合型技术技能人才的重任,在国家物流枢纽城市建设背景下,应创新物流人才培养模式,优化人才培养方案,完善课程体系,加强"双师型"教师队伍建设,建立"1+X"证书制度,推进校企深度合作,为现代物流业发展提供强有力的人才支撑。

The construction layout of 127 national logistics hub cities has further deepened the importance of logistics,but at present,the high-quality logistics talents are quite scarce.This also puts forward higher requirements for the training of logistics talents in Higher Vocational colleges.On the basis of in-depth research on the functional orientation of national logistics hub city construction,this paper analyses the new characteristics of logistics management professionals’ demand under the background of national log’stics hub city construction.It also innovates the training mode of logistics talents in Higher Vocational Colleges from the aspects of optimizing the training scheme,curriculum system reform,training of "double-qualified" teachers,deep cooperation between schools and enterprises,and the construction of "1+X" certificate system,etc.To try to find a new way to promote the development of logistics in the construction of national logistics hub cities,to provide strong talent support for the construction of 127(this data will be up to 150 in 2025) national logistics hub cities.
