清胰汤联合生长抑素治疗急性胰腺炎的效果观察

Effects of Qingyi decoction combined with Somatostatin on acute pancreatitis

目的:观察生长抑素联合清胰汤治疗急性胰腺炎患者的效果。方法:选取92例急性胰腺炎患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组各46例,对照组接受生长抑素治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上接受清胰汤治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后生化指标水平及不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组的治疗总有效率为97.8%(45/46),明显高于对照组的80.4%(37/46),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后研究组的血、尿淀粉酶水平均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的不良反应发生率为4.3%(2/46),明显低于对照组的21.7%(10/46),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:生长抑素联合清胰汤治疗急性胰腺炎患者能提高治疗有效率,降低血、尿淀粉酶水平和不良反应发生率,效果优于单纯生长抑素治疗。

Objective: To investigate effects of Somatostatin combined with Qingyi decoction on acute pancreatitis. Methods: 92 patients with acute pancreatitis were selected as the subjects, and were divided into control group(n=46) and study group(n=46) according to the random number table method. The control group received Somatostatin treatment, while the study group was given Qingyi decoction on the basis of that of the control group. The clinical efficacy, biochemical indicators before and after the treatment, and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of the study group was 97.8%(45/46), which was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.4%, 37/46), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After the treatment, the blood and urine amylase levels in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 4.3%(2/46), which was significantly lower than 21.7%(10/46) in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions: Somatostatin combined with Qingyi decoction on the patients with acute pancreatitis can improve the effective rate of treatment, and reduce the levels of blood and urine amylase and the incidence of adverse reactions. Moreover, it is superior to single Somatostatin.
