摘要
目的:探究图片交换沟通系统(PECS)对孤独症儿童康复效果的影响。方法:选取90例孤独症患儿,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各45例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上应用PECS干预。对比两组患儿的心理教育量表(PEP-3)评分、孤独症行为评定量表(ABC)评分。结果:干预后,观察组沟通能力评分为(30.42±5.29)分,显著高于对照组的(27.30±5.15)分,观察组行为模式评分为(32.42±2.29)分,显著高于对照组的(28.30±2.15)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组ABC评分为(57.30±5.06)分,显著低于对照组的(62.47±6.69)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PECS干预应用于孤独症儿童康复护理的价值较高,可有效改善患儿沟通能力和行为症状。
Objective: To explore effects of picture exchange communication system(PECS) on rehabilitation of children with autism. Methods: 90 children with autism were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, 45 cases in each. The control group was treated with routine nursing, while the observation group was treated with PECS on the basis of that of the control group. The psychological education scale(PEP-3) score and the Autism rating scale(ABC) scores were compared between the two groups. Results: After the intervention, the communication ability score of the observation group was(30.42±5.29), which was significantly higher than that of the control group(27.30±5.15);the behavioral pattern score of the observation group was(32.42±2.29), which was significantly higher than that of the control group(28.30±2.15);and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Further, the ABC score of the observation group was(57.30±5.06), which was significantly lower than that of the control group(62.47±6.69), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions: PECS intervention has a high value in the rehabilitation of the autistic children. It can effectively improve the communication abilities and behavioral symptoms of these children.
