亲水性银离子敷料与磺胺嘧啶银治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Hydrophilic Silver Ion Dressing and Silver Sulfadiazine on Deep Second Degree Burn

目的探讨对深Ⅱ度烧伤患者采用亲水性银离子敷料与磺胺嘧啶银治疗的疗效差异,分析治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤的更好方案。方法选择该院2016年1月-2018年12月收治深Ⅱ度烧伤患者计84例为研究对象,按照随机对照实验原则将其分为采用磺胺嘧啶银治疗对照组(n=42)与采用亲水性银离子敷料治疗实验组(n=42),对比两组患者用药后的创面愈合时间、换药次数、愈合率以及白细胞计数。结果实验组创面愈合时间(17.61±2.51)d、换药次数(5.11±0.83)次,均小于对照组(21.58±3.67)d、(7.84±1.62)次(t=5.786, 9.737, P<0.05),用药3周创面愈合率为(83.51±6.10)%,明显高于对照组(75.24±5.43)%(t=6.562,P<0.05)。实验组患者白细胞计数为(9.14±1.12)×10^9/L,明显低于对照组(10.08±1.20)×10^9/L(t=3.711, P<0.05)。结论对深Ⅱ度烧伤患者采用亲水性银离子敷料治疗疗效理想,可改善创面感染,加快创面的愈合进程,可减轻患者换药过程中的痛苦,有利于患者康复。

Objective To investigate the difference in the efficacy of hydrophilic silver ion dressing and silver sulfadiazine in patients with deep second degree burns, and to analyze the better treatment of deep second degree burns.Methods A total of 84 patients with deep second degree burns from January 2016 to December 2018 were enrolled in the hospital. The patients were divided into the sulfadiazine-treated group(n=42) according to the principle of randomized controlled trials. The hydrophilic silver ion dressing treatment group(n=42), compared the wound healing time,dressing times, healing rate and white blood cell count were compared between the two groups. Results The wound healing time(17.61±2.51) d and the number of dressing changes(5.11±0.83)times were lower in the experimental group than in the control group(21.58±3.67) d and(7.84±1.62) times(t=5.786, 9.737, P<0.05), the wound healing rate was(83.51±6.10)% at 3 weeks, which was significantly higher than that in the control group(75.24 ±5.43)%(t=6.562,P<0.05). The white blood cell count of the experimental group was(9.14±1.12)×10^9/L, which was significantly lower than that of the control group(10.08±1.20)×10^9/L(t=3.711, P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of patients with deep second degree burns with hydrophilic silver ion dressing is effective, can improve wound infection, accelerate the healing process of wounds, reduce the pain in patients during dressing change, and help patients recover.
