糠酸莫米松鼻用喷雾剂治疗变应性鼻炎的临床效果及安全性

Clinical Effect and Safety of Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray in the Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis

目的探讨糠酸莫米松鼻用喷雾剂治疗变应性鼻炎的临床效果及安全性。方法选取2018年1-12月于该院门诊治疗的变应性鼻炎患者62例,按随机数字表法分为两组,各31例,对照组采用孟鲁司特钠联合盐酸西替利嗪滴剂治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂治疗,比较两组临床效果、血清学指标及不良反应。结果观察组总有效率为96.77%高于对照组的74.19%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.406,P=0.013);治疗前,两组血清学指标对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后IL-4为(16.64±4.38)ng/mL、IL-17为(176.48±50.38)pg/mL低于对照组的(21.46±4.64)ng/mL、(210.94±63.18)pg/mL,IL-10为(157.86±40.31)pg/mL、IFN-γ为(24.03±5.21)ng/mL高于对照组的(124.48±35.49)pg/mL、(21.04±4.74)ng/mL,差异有统计学意义(t=4.206、2.374、3.461、2.364,P=0.000、0.021、0.001、0.021);观察组不良反应发生率为3.23%低于对照组的25.81%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.927,P=0.009)。结论糠酸莫米松鼻用喷雾剂可有效治疗变应性鼻炎,提高临床效果,改善血清学指标,且安全性较高,值得进一步推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of mometasone furoate nasal spray in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods A total of 62 patients with allergic rhinitis who were treated in the hospital from January to December 2018 were enrolled in this study.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table,31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with montelukast sodium and hydrochloric acid tilizine drops,the observation group was treated with mometasone furoate nasal spray on the basis of the control group,and the clinical effects,serum indicators and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.77%higher than that of the control group(74.19%).The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.406,P=0.013).There was no significant difference in serum scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);IL-4 was(16.64±4.38)ng/mL,IL-17 was(176.48±50.38)pg/mL lower than that of the control group(21.46±4.64)ng/mL,(210.94±63.18)pg/mL,IL-10 was(157.86±40.31)pg/mL,IFN-γwas(24.03±5.21)ng/mL higher than that of the control group(124.48±35.49)pg/mL,(21.04±4.74)ng/mL,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.206,2.374,3.461,2.364,P=0.000,0.021,0.001,0.021);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.23%lower than 25.81%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.927,P=0.009).Conclusion Mometasone furoate nasal spray can effectively treat allergic rhinitis,improve clinical effect,improve serum markers,and has high safety,which is worth further promotion.
