循证护理应用于晚期肺癌疼痛护理中的价值研究

Value of Evidence-based Nursing in the Treatment of Advanced Lung Cancer Pain

目的分析循证护理在晚期肺癌疼痛护理中的应用价值。方法选取2015年2月-2018年5月该院收诊的46例晚期肺癌患者为研究对象,分为两组(对照组、研究组),23例/组。对照常规护理,研究组循证护理。比较护理效果。结果研究组护理后疼痛评分为(2.36±1.74)分,显著优于对照组(t=18.236,P=0.015);研究组总满意度为100.00%,显著高于对照组78.26%(χ^2=7.983,P=0.025);研究组生活质量显著优于对照组。结论循证护理显著缓解晚期肺癌患者的疼痛程度,改善患者的负面心理,从而提高患者的满意度。

Objective To analyze the application value of evidence-based nursing in the treatment of advanced lung cancer pain.Methods Forty-six patients with advanced lung cancer admitted to the hospital from February 2015 to May 2018 were divided into two groups(control group,study group)and 23 patients/group.The study group received evidence-based care against routine care.Compare the effects of care.Results The post-nursing pain score of the study group was(2.36±1.74)points,which was significantly better than the control group(t=18.236,P=0.015).The total satisfaction of the study group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than the control group 78.26%(χ^2=7.983,P=0.025);the quality of life of the study group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion Evidencebased nursing significantly relieves the pain level of patients with advanced lung cancer and improves the negative psychology of patients,thus improving patient satisfaction.
