摘要 针对海面溢油监测中常用的雷达监测功耗大、成本高,光学探测易受天气干扰,且2种方法的监测时间受限制、易受其他物质干扰等问题,提出以全球卫星导航系统反射信号(GNSS-R)技术反演介电常数的岸基探测方法:通过污油池实验和海上抛油实验对介电常数进行分析,总结介电常数的变化规律;并结合实际的实验场景,建立介电常数变化与油膜覆盖状态的初步关系,对介电常数是否适用于海面溢油探测进行分析。实验结果表明,GNSS-R探测方法能区分海面有无油膜,且介电常数的数值大小与油膜覆盖面占比存在负相关性,介电常数可以作为判断海面溢油的基准参量。 Aiming at the problems that there are large power consumption and high cost for radar monitoring,and it is susceptible to weather interference for optical detection,which are commonly used in the monitoring of oil spill on the sea surface and both interfered by limited monitoring time and other substances,the paper proposed a detection method of shore-based platform using GNSS-R technology to retrieve dielectric constants:the dielectric constant data were analyzed through the experiments of oil pool and offshore oil throwing,and the change rule of dielectric constantswas summarized;then the tentative relationship between dielectric constant change and oil film coverage was established,and the applicability of dielectric constantsfor oil spill detection on the sea surface was analyzed finally.Experimental result showed that the proposed method could distinguish oil film from sea surface,moreover,the value of dielectric constantswould have a negative correlation with the proportion of oil film coverage,which verified that the dielectric constant could be used as a reference parameter to judge oil spill on the sea surface.
