我国体育产业集聚对产业效率的影响研究

Influence of Sports Industry Agglomeration on Industrial Efficiency in China

为促进我国体育产业和区域经济发展,推动产业结构优化升级,基于中国大陆31个省(市、自治区)2016年的体育产业相关数据,通过数据包络分析和区位熵分别测算了我国体育产业投入产出效率和空间集聚水平,并运用空间计量模型探索了影响体育产业效率的因素,继而检验了体育产业空间集聚水平对产业效率的空间效应。研究发现:体育产业效率在空间上存在显著的集聚现象,体育用品制造业总资产集聚、体育用品制造业平均用工人数集聚、体育企业法人单位从业人员集聚对体育产业效率的提升作用不显著,而体育企业法人单位总资产集聚对体育产业效率有明显提升作用。此外,某一地区与体育产业效率相关的误差,会传递给邻近周边地区,并抑制后者体育产业效率的提升。针对高-低(HL)体育产业效率集聚区与低-低(LL)体育产业效率集聚区,分别提出了中心-外围、"飞地经济"发展模式。

In order to promote the development of China’s sports industry and regional economy,and promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure,based on the sports industry related data of 31 provinces in 2016,the data envelopment analysis and location entropy were used to measure the input and output efficiency and spatial agglomeration level of China’s sports industry. And the spatial econometric model was used to explore the factors affecting the efficiency of the sports industry,and then test the spatial effect of the spatial concentration level of the sports industry on industrial efficiency. The study found that there was a significant agglomeration in the efficiency of the sports industry. The total assets of the sports goods manufacturing industry,the average number of workers in the sporting goods manufacturing industry,and the concentration of employees in the sports enterprise legal entities have no significant effect on the efficiency of the sports industry. The total asset agglomeration of the legal entity of a sports enterprise has a significant effect on the efficiency of the sports industry. In addition,the errors related to the efficiency of the sports industry in a certain region will be transmitted to neighboring surrounding areas,and the efficiency of the latter sports industry will be inhibited. Aiming at the high-low(HL)sports industry efficiency cluster and the low-low(LL)sports industry efficiency cluster,the center-peripheral and enclave development modes were proposed respectively.
