正五聚蛋白3在风湿性疾病中的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 正五聚蛋白3(PTX3)是一种以环状多聚体为模式识别特征的结构蛋白,具有进化上保守、水溶性、多功能的特点,参与固有免疫,细胞衰老和凋亡清除。近年来许多研究显示PTX3作为炎性过程的参与者,调节血管生成,参与细胞外基质的形成,在风湿性疾病发病过程中具有一定的作用。本文就PTX3在风湿性疾病中的研究作一综述,以期对进一步研究提供思路。
