湖南经验：技能竞赛引领职业教育教学改革发展研究

Hunan Experience : Research of Vocational Education Teaching Reform and Development Guided by Skill Competitions

职业院校技能竞赛是我国职业教育的制度设计。湖南省在开展职业技能竞赛过程中,注重"以赛促教、以赛促改、以赛促建",引领职业教育教学改革发展,形成了"湖南经验"。主要表现在搭建职教平台促校企深度融合、对接行企标准促专业建设和课程改革、提升教师技能促师资队伍建设等方面。

Skills competition in vocational colleges is the institutional arrangement of Vocational Education in China. In the process of developing skills competition, Hunan pays attention to "improving teaching by competition, promoting reforms by competition and perfecting construction by competition", leading the reformation and development of vocational education and forming "Hunan Experience". The experience is mainly reflected in the construction of vocational education platform to promote the deep integration between schools and enterprises, the conjunction with enterprise standards to promote subject construction and curriculum reform, the improvement of teachers’ skills to promote the construction of teachers.
