From Productive Countryside to Livable Home:Reflections on Territorial Spatial Planning Supporting Rural Revitalization

乡村振兴是党中央对乡村发展的最新战略要求,随着国土空间规划编制的全面开展,长期缺少空间规划支撑的乡村地区发展需要引起高度重视。国土空间规划应该避免过去土地利用规划和城乡规划对乡村地区简单认识、单一控制的思路,从乡村地区的综合功能角度出发,通过综合空间规划手段,促进乡村从单一生产空间向综合宜居家园转变。

Rural revitalization is the latest strategic requirement of the CPC for rural development.With the Territorial Spatial Planning,the development of rural areas where spatial planning support has been lacking for a long time needs to be paid great attention.Territorial spatial planning should avoid the idea of simple understanding and single control of rural areas in the past.From the perspective of comprehensive functions of rural areas,through comprehensive spatial planning means,rural areas should be promoted from a single productive space to a comprehensive livable home.
