摘要
建立健全农业水价形成机制是当前我国推进农业水价综合改革的重要内容,对于促进水资源高效可持续利用具有重要意义。本文介绍了农业水价形成机制的内涵及构成要素,梳理了国外农业水价形成机制,并总结出对其我国农业水价改革的启示。
Establishing and perfecting the formation mechanism of agricultural water price is an important content of promoting the comprehensive reform of agricultural water price in our country,which is of great significance for promoting the efficient and sustainable utilization of water resources.This paper introduces the connotation and components of agricultural water price formation mechanism,and summarizes the enlightenment to Chinese agricultural water price reform by combing foreign agricultural water price formation mechanisms.
