随着移动互联时代的到来,水文信息服务的内容和形式也在快速转变。本文通过对水文信息服务发展现状的调查研究,总结当前水文信息服务工作中存在的问题和不足,提出基于移动互联的水文信息服务建设需求和保障措施,对新时期水文信息服务的发展方向提出意见和建议。

With the advent of the mobile Internet era,the content and form of hydrological information services are also changing rapidly.Based on the investigation and study of the current development of hydrological information service,this paper summarizes the problems and deficiencies in the current hydrological information service work,puts forward the demand and safeguard measures for the construction of hydrological information service based on mobile interconnection,and puts forward opinions and suggestions for the development direction of hydrological information service in the new era.
