水工程文化学基础研究

Basic research on Hydraulic Engineering Culturology

“水工程文化学”是一门综合性的学科,是融文化学与水工程建筑学于一炉,集科学与艺术、力学与美学、工程学与文化学于一体的一门学科。按照水利部颁发的《水文化建设规划纲要》(2011—2020年)中提出的加强水文化研究和促进水文化成为新型学科这一要求,本文以创建“水工程文化学”为目标,进行了基础性理论研究,阐释了“水工程文化学”的概念、层次、类属等内容。

Hydraulic Engineering Culturology is a comprehensive subject,which integrates culturology and water engineering architecture,science and art,mechanics and aesthetics,engineering and culturology.According to the requirement of strengthening water culture research and promoting water culture to become a new discipline set forth in“Outline of Water Culture Construction Plan”(2011—2020)issued by the Ministry of Water Resources,this paper has carried out basic theoretical research aiming at the creation of“Hydraulic Engineering Culturology”and has explained the concept,level and category of“Hydraulic Engineering Culturology”.
