循证护理对老年冠心病心绞痛合并糖尿病患者的临床症状和治疗依从性的影响分析

Effect of Evidence-based Nursing on Clinical Symptoms and Treatment Compliance in Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Angina Pectoris

目的研究循证护理应用于老年冠心病心绞痛合并糖尿病患者中对于患者临床症状和治疗依从性的影响。方法随机择取2017年6月—2018年12月于该院收治的82例老年冠心病心绞痛合并糖尿病患者作为研究对象,根据有无应用循证护理模式,将所有患者划分为革新组和参照组。革新组患者使用循证护理,参照组患者使用常规护理,比较两组患者护理效果。结果革新组患者临床病症改善情况优于参照组患者,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);革新组患者治疗依从性高于参照组患者,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证护理应用于老年冠心病心绞痛合并糖尿病患者护理工作中,可有效改善患者临床病症,同时提升患者治疗依从性,建议在临床中进行大规模应用推广。

Objective To study the effect of evidence-based nursing on clinical symptoms and treatment compliance in elderly patients with angina pectoris and diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 82 elderly patients with angina pectoris and diabetes mellitus admitted to the hospital from June 2017 to December 2018 were randomly selected.According to the presence or absence of evidence-based nursing model,all patients were divided into innovation groups and reference group.Patients in the reform group were treated with evidence-based care,and patients in the reference group were treated with routine care to compare the care outcomes of the two groups.Results The improvement of clinical symptoms in the reform group was better than that in the reference group.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment compliance of the reform group was higher than that of the reference group.The statistical difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing can be used to improve the clinical symptoms of patients with angina pectoris and diabetes in elderly patients.It can improve the patient's treatment compliance and recommend large-scale application in clinical practice.
