摘要
目的探讨糖尿病临床护理中全程健康教育模式的开展价值。方法选取2019年1—5月在该院接受治疗的60例患者作为研究对象,均为糖尿病患者,平均分为两组,对照组采用常规健康教育模式,观察组采用全程健康教育模式,对两组患者血糖指标情况、糖尿病知识掌握率和护理满意度的情况进行对比。结果观察组血糖指标情况均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组糖尿病知识掌握率和护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病患者的临床护理中采用全程健康教育模式,可以提升患者对疾病知识的掌握程度和对护理工作的满意程度,有效改善患者的血糖水平,值得推广与应用。
Objective To explore the value of whole-course health education model in diabetes clinical nursing.Methods January to May 2019 in the hospital for treatment of 60 patients as the research object,are for patients with diabetes,the average is divided into two groups,control group using conventional health education pattern,the observation group USES the entire health education mode,the two groups of patients with blood sugar and diabetes knowledge rate and nursing satisfaction were compared.Results The blood glucose index of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The knowledge rate and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting the whole-course health education model in the clinical nursing of diabetes patients can improve the patients'mastery of disease knowledge and satisfaction with nursing work,and effectively improve the patients'blood glucose level,which is worthy of promotion and application.
