2型糖尿病患者的护理干预方法与实施效果分析

Analysis of Nursing Intervention Methods and Implementation Effects in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

目的探讨采取细节护理措施对2型糖尿病患者进行干预后获得的临床效果。方法选择该院2017年3月—2019年4月收治的130例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象;随机数表法分组后探究每组护理干预措施;参照组(65例):采取常规一般护理措施展开;研究组(65例):采取常规一般护理措施+细节护理措施展开;比较两组自我管理行为差异。结果研究组2型糖尿病患者自我管理行为表现优于参照组明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病患者于临床接受细节护理干预后,利于患者自我管理行为的提高,对于患者预后改善、病情康复进程缩短,发挥的作用价值显著。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of detailed nursing measures for patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods 130 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to April 2019 were selected as subjects.The random number table method was used to investigate each group of nursing interventions.Reference group(65 cases):routine general care was adopted.The measures were launched;the study group(65 cases):routine general care measures+detailed care measures were taken;the differences in self-management behavior between the two groups were compared.Results The self-management behavior of patients with type 2 diabetes in the study group was significantly better than that of the reference group,the different was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After receiving detailed nursing intervention,patients with type 2 diabetes are conducive to the improvement of self-management behavior,and have a significant effect on the improvement of prognosis and shortening of the course of rehabilitation.
