摘要
采用随机区组设计,研究了不同种植密度(6.00万、6.75万、7.50万、8.25万株/hm^2)对玉米新品种永优1573籽粒灌浆速率和脱水速率相关性状的影响,并设置6.75万株/hm^2种植密度下郑单958、先玉335作为对照。结果表明,随着种植密度的提高,各性状总体有逐渐减小的变化趋势,但未受到显著影响。通过籽粒百粒干重和灌浆速率定位到永优1573合适种植密度,在此密度水平下,与对照品种相比,永优1573在籽粒干物质积累上处于优势水平,可以获得较高的产量。研究结果可为进一步快速评价选育新品种产量形成机理和定位种植群体水平奠定基础。
Using random block design,the effects of different planting densities(60000,67500,75000,82500 plants/hm^2)on grain filling rate and dehydration rate of new maize variety Yongyou 1573 were studied,the Zhengdan 958 and Xianyu 335 were set as control with the planting density of 67500 plants/hm^2.The results showed that,with the increase of planting density,the overall variation trend of each character gradually decreased,but the effect was not significant.The suitable planting density of Yongyou 1573 was determined by dry weight per grain and filling rate.At this density level,compared with the control varieties,Yongyou 1573 was at the dominant level in the accumulation of seed dry matter,and could obtain a higher yield.The results laid a foundation for further rapid evaluation of the yield formation mechanism of breeding new varieties and locating the level of planting population.
