摘要
为建立道地种源德庆何首乌(Polygonum multiflorum Thunb.)组培快速繁殖体系,为生产提供优质种苗,本文以何首乌的带腋芽茎段为外植体,通过单因素变量法探究何首乌丛生芽、生根和炼苗的适宜条件。结果表明,诱导何首乌外植体丛生芽的适宜配方为MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L NAA;诱导何首乌生根的适宜配方为1/2 MS+0.1 mg/L NAA,生根率达100%;建立了道地种源德庆何首乌组培快速繁殖体系。
In order to establish a rapid propagation system of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb.,provide the high-quality seedlings for production,the stems of the roots of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb.were used as explants,and the single-factor variable method was used to explore the growth of suitable conditions for buds,rooting and seedling adaptation.The results showed that the suitable formula for inducing shoots of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb.explants was MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L NAA,the suitable formula for inducing rooting of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb.was 1/2 MS+0.1 mg/L NAA,the rooting rate was 100%.
