翻转课堂“三步十环节”班级教学模式构建探索——以商务汉语翻转学习为例 被引量:18

摘要 翻转课堂主要围绕在线自主学习和班级课堂学习两个环境展开。设计和实践"三步十环节"的班级课堂教学模式,构建起"转"回班级课堂的友好学习环境,有利于实现知识的内化、课程的再造和知识的深化及学习者能力的提升。"三步十环节"教学模式由"聚心、放手、收口"三大步骤和"进入教学、自学反馈、探究引导、任务单讨论、微项目讨论、实践汇报、互动点评、课堂反思、本课总结、布置任务"十项课堂组织环节构成。实施过程中,需注意强化教师的主导地位、保证真实的在线学习、科学合理设计自主学习任务单。 A Flipped Classroom is designed on the basis of online self-learning and classroom learning. The design and practice of "three steps and ten processes"classroom teaching mode help to construct a friendly learning environment and turn over real classroom process, which are beneficial for knowledge internalization and deepening, course reconstitution, and the enhancement of learners’ ability. "Three steps and ten processes" classroom teaching mode consists of three steps including concentration, student self-learning and lectures reducing. There are ten classroom organization components in this teaching mode: entering teaching, self-learning feedback, inquiry and guidance, task list discussion, micro-project discussion, project report, interactive comment, classroom reflection, lesson summary, and assign tasks. In the implementation of "three steps and ten processes", it is necessary to pay attention to strengthening the dominant status of teachers, guaranteeing the real online learning and scientifically designing the self-learning task list.
