Study on the Education Model of Undergraduates in Animal Breeding

畜牧专业人才培养是健康中国战略实施的关键,然而社会对畜牧业生产的“脏乱差”印象使人才培养遭受巨大挑战。探索畜牧专业本科生教育管理模式,以立德树人为根本任务,以文化建设为依托,以专业思想教育为突破,以学风建设为抓手,通过实施“五个一”工程、学业导师制、朋辈辅导、“企业班”实践体系、创新创业项目全覆盖等,最终实现全员、全过程、全方位育人目标。

The cultivation of talents in animal husbandry is the key to the implementation of the“Healthy China Strategy”.However,the“dirty and messy”impression of the livestock production has made the talent cultivation a huge challenge.The education mode of undergraduates in animal breeding is explored in this paper,the main task of which is to cultivate students with moral education by relying on culture construction.The education on professionalism and academic atmosphere are focused during the process.Through the implementation of“Five One”project,academic mentor system,peer tutorship,enterprise practice system,and the full coverage of innovative enterpreneurship project,the target of cultivating all-round developed students involving full staff,whole process is achieved.
