摘要
广陵区体操馆项目屋面采用管桁架结构,根据结构的受力特点及场地条件,最终采用楼面拼装、整体提升、高空补缺的施工方案。从安装方案选取、钢结构的拼装及液压整体提升技术、施工仿真模拟、提升点位分析等方面进行了全面的剖析,对此类钢结构的施工具有较好的借鉴意义。
The main roof of the gymnasium project in Guangling district is pipe truss structure.The construction plan of floor assembly,integral lifting and filling a vacancy at high altitude vacancy has been adopted in the project.A comprehensive analysis on the characteristics of the structure was conducted,which including the selection of installation scheme,the assembly and installation techniques of steel structure,the hydraulic integral lifting technique the simulation of construction and the analysis of the lifting point.It could provide a good reference for the key technical points of the construction process of this kind of steel structures.
