椭圆形弦支穹顶结构张拉成型阶段的应力监测研究 被引量:2

摘要 弦支穹顶结构是一种新型杂交结构,它很好地结合了索穹顶结构和单层网壳结构的优势,具有刚柔并济的结构特点,近些年得到越来越多的关注。以厚街体育馆钢屋盖施工张拉为研究背景,开展屋盖结构张拉成型过程的施工模拟计算,总结椭圆形弦支穹顶结构在张拉成型过程中的应力变化特点,制定合理的监测方案,通过将各监测点的实测值与模拟计算值进行对比,验证模拟计算的正确性和施工张拉方案的合理性,并为张拉施工提供指导。 The suspended-dome structure is a new type of hybrid structure,which well combines the advantages of two types of structural systems:cable dome structure and single-layer latticed shell.As a kind of rigid-flexible space steel structure,it has been increasingly used in engineering applications in recent years.Taking the construction of the steel roof of the Houjie Gymnasium as the research background,the simulation of the tension process of the roof structure was carried out,the stress variation characteristics of the elliptical suspended-dome structure in the tension process were summarized,a reasonable monitoring scheme was formulated,and the correctness of the simulation and the rationality of the tensioning plan was verified by comparing the actual measured values of each monitoring point with the simulated calculated values,which could provide guidance for tensioning construction.
