摘要
为寻求高校辅导员队伍向专业化职业化转变的具体实行方法,采用问卷调查法、实地考察法、专家访谈法对普通高等学校辅导员角色的定位和与队伍建设进行分析研究。研究结果表明:普通高等学校辅导员队伍选聘机制方面、晋升方面、培训工作方面、激励机制方面不完善,导致辅导员队伍不稳定、组织结构不合理。所以,高校要建立和完善辅导员队伍的选聘制度、晋升制度、考核制度、激励制度、培训制度等,要制定一整套完整的、可行有效的保障系统和规范条例,使得辅导员队伍的建设有章可循。
The role orientation and team building of college counselors are the important guarantee to do the ideological and political work well in colleges and universities,and the important guarantee to promote the comprehensive development of college students.In order to find out the specific implementation method of the transformation from college counselor team to professionalization,this paper analyzes and studies the role orientation and team construction of counselors in ordinary colleges and universities by means of questionnaire survey,field investigation and expert interview.The results show that the system is not perfect in terms of recruitment mechanism,promotion,training and incentive mechanism,which leads to the instability of the counselor team and unreasonable organizational structure.Therefore,colleges and universities should establish and improve the selection and recruitment system,promotion system,assessment system,incentive system,training system,etc.,and formulate a complete set of feasible and effective guarantee system and standard regulations,so as to make the management of the counselor team have rules to follow.
