新时代地方本科高校党团共建模式初探——以周口师范学院为例

Preliminary study on co-construction model of CPC and CYLC in local colleges and universities in the new era

针对地方本科高校党团共建基础薄弱、合作育人功能不强等问题,结合国家本科教育工作精神和学校实际,提出了“1471”党团共建工作模式。该模式能够使党建与团建紧密结合,思想教育与人才培养、就业创业相互促进,切实解决学生的具体问题。该模式的部署实施,取得了一定的效果,对地方本科高校的党建和团建、人才培养具有一定的借鉴意义。

Aiming at the problems such as weak foundation of co-construction of local colleges and universities,weak function of cooperative education and so on,the paper proposes the work mode of"1471"CPC and CYLC co-construction combining the spirit of national undergraduate education and the school practice The work model can make the CPC and CYLC building closely linked,ideological education,personnel training,employment and entrepreneurship promote each other.It resolves the student’s specific problems.Through the deployment of this model,some results have been achieved.It can be used for reference for the CPC and CYLC building in local undergraduate colleges and universities.
