摘要
以食用油为材料,基于氢过氧化物与三苯基磷(TPP)快速反应生成三苯基氧磷(TPPO)的化学反应,利用傅里叶近红外光谱技术测定食用油的过氧化值,验证样品的预测结果,建立过氧化值模型,相关性显著,即近红外光谱数据模型预测的过氧化值准确度较高,说明建立的测定食用油的过氧化值的近红外光谱模型能够较好地测定食用油中过氧化值的含量。
Based on the chemical reaction of hydrogen peroxide and tribenzene phosphorus(TPP)rapid reaction to generate tribenzene-based phosphorus(TPP),the peroxide value of edible oil is determined by Fourier near-infrared spectroscopy technology,the prediction results of the sample are verified,and the peroxide value model is established,and the correlation is remarkable.That is,the near-infrared spectral data model predicts a higher accuracy of peroxide value,which shows that the established near-infrared spectral model for determining the peroxide value of edible oil can better determine the content of peroxide value in edible oil.
