高职物流管理专业人才培养质量调研分析——基于2017～2019届毕业生的调研问卷

Research and Analysis of the Talent Cultivation Quality of Higher Vocational Logistics Management ——Based on the Survey Questionnaire of 2017-2019 Graduates

基于三届物流管理专业毕业生人才培养问卷调研的数据,主要围绕人才培养成效评价中,实习满意度、人才培养满意度、校园文化活动满意度以及“双创”教育满意度这四个方面,形成了一些基本结论,并就人才培养存在的短板和问题,提出了若干改进措施。

Based on the research and survey data of talent cultivation questionnaire for students of three sessions of logistics management major,the results of the evaluation mainly focused on four aspects of practice satisfaction,talent cultivation satisfaction,campus cultural activity satisfaction,and satisfaction for innovative and entrepreneurial education.Then some measures are put forward to improve talent cultivation.
