摘要
文章利用层次分析法对航空公司飞行签派员资质评估模型进行分析研究,初步建立了签派员资质评定机制,并不断完善签派员的资质管理,保障运行控制安全高效。
In this paper, the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) is used to analyze and study the airline flight dispatcher qualification evaluation model, initially establish the dispatcher qualification evaluation mechanism, and constantly improve the dispatcher qualification management so as to ensure the safety and efficiency of operation control.
