摘要
陶瓷材料由于良好的磨损性能,高硬度以及很好的生物相容性,在人工关节临床使用中受到青睐,陶瓷关节在滑动中可形成液膜以减小径向间隙,但在混合润滑和边界润滑模式下,陶瓷关节表面产生磨损碎片。在前提条件相同的情况下,陶瓷材料组合时的磨损率是有差异的,本研究采用四种不同的陶瓷材料,即氧化铝、氧化锆、碳化硅和氮化硅,在摩擦试验机上进行了摩擦试验,研究这四种不同材料在不同组合时摩擦磨损性能。
Ceramic materials are favored in the clinical use of artificial joints because of their good wear properties, high hardness and good biocompatibility. Ceramic joints can form liquid film to reduce radial clearance during sliding. However, wear fragments occur on the surface of ceramic joints in the mode of mixed lubrication and boundary lubrication. In the case of the same precondition, the wear rate of ceramic material combination is different. In this study, four different ceramic materials, namely alumina, zirconia, silicon carbide and silicon nitride, were used to carry out friction tests on a friction tester. The friction and wear properties of these four different materials were studied.
