光学束管隧道气体监测系统

摘要 钻爆法开采隧道时,会产生大量的有毒气体[1],传统的检测方法精度不高,施工中通常选择过度通风,带来了巨大的能源消耗。本系统在现有束管系统上进行改进,将系统进行整合,采用气相色谱检测单元结合智能算法,解决了现有传感器交叉干扰严重的问题,提高检测精度,形成风机的闭环控制系统,实现隧道通风的精确控制。 When drilling and blasting method mining tunnel, it will produce a lot of toxic gas. The accuracy of traditional detection method is not high, and excessive ventilation is usually chosen in construction, which brings huge energy consumption. The system is improved on the existing beam tube system, the system is integrated, and the gas chromatography detection unit combined with intelligent algorithm is adopted to solve the serious problem of cross interference of existing sensors and improve the detection accuracy. The closed-loop control system of fan is formed to realize the accurate control of tunnel ventilation.
