铁路货车轴承外圈外观检查及手工修磨辅助装置

轴承作为铁路车辆的重要组成部分,其结构质量与运行状况对车辆的安全有绝对性的影响,一直被交通管理人员和铁路工程技术人员所关注。在铁路货车的众多组成结构中,货车轴承发挥着不可替代的重要作用,其制造质量的好坏和运行稳定性的高低对铁路货车的安全性有直接的影响,因此为了实现铁路货车稳定安全的运行,就必须保证轴承的质量和工艺。在此背景下,文章就铁路货车轴承一般检修中外圈外观检查以及手工修磨辅助装置进行了探索和研究,希望能够给相关技术人员一定的借鉴,从而共同促进我国铁路运输事业的健康稳定发展。

Bearing as an important part of railway vehicles, its structural quality and operating conditions have an absolute impact on the safety of vehicles, has been concerned by traffic managers and railway engineers and technicians. Among the many composition structures of railway freight cars, freight car bearings play an irreplaceable role, and their manufacturing quality and operation stability have a direct impact on the safety of railway freight cars. Therefore, in order to achieve the stable and safe operation of railway freight cars, it is necessary to ensure the quality and technology of bearings. In this context, this paper explores and studies the outer ring appearance inspection and manual grinding auxiliary device of railway freight car bearing(general maintenance), so as to give some reference to the relevant technical personnel. Thus, we can jointly promote the healthy and stable development of railway transportation in our country.
