研发项目管理效率提升之法

项目管理工作是一种提高产品研发的高效管理模式,能够有效提高新产品的研发进度以及研发质量。文章从企业研发项目管理角度,对研发项目管理的阶段和环节进行了研究,介绍了研发项目管理与效率提高的解决方案。并提出了一种以研发效率评估改进的公式,帮助企业重点针对研发投入、项目成熟度,研发产出三个方面进行管理控制。

Project management is a kind of efficient management mode to improve product research and development, which can effectively improve the progress and quality of new product research and development. From the point of view of enterprise R & D project management, this paper studies the stages and links of R & D project management, and introduces the solution of R & D project management and efficiency improvement. Also, this paper puts forward a formula to improve the evaluation of R & D efficiency to help enterprises focus on R & D investment, project maturity, R & D output three aspects of management control.
