摘要
试验旨在研究乳化剂对不同水平油脂日粮对肉鸡屠宰性能及营养代谢的影响。选取1日龄罗斯308商品代白羽肉鸡公鸡200羽,随机分成4组、每组10个重复、每个重复5羽鸡。1组饲喂基础日粮同时添加4%油脂,2组在1组相同日粮中额外添加0.02%乳化剂,3组饲喂基础日粮同时添加3%油脂,4组与3组相同日粮中额外添加0.02%乳化剂,试验周期42 d。结果表明,添加乳化剂能够提高肉鸡屠宰率、半净膛率和全净膛率,差异显著(P<0.05);胸肌率、腿肌率各组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。乳化剂对肉鸡各个内脏器官无刺激作用,脏器指数均差异不显著(P>0.05)。养分代谢率中,1组、3组相比2组和4组,在肉鸡生长前期添加乳化剂能够大大提高肉鸡对粗蛋白、粗脂肪、干物质及能量利用率,差异显著(P<0.05);肉鸡生长后期,与未添加乳化剂组相比,添加乳化剂组能够提高肉鸡对干物质、粗脂肪的利用率,差异显著(P<0.05),粗蛋白和能量利用率有所提高,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。由此可见,该乳化剂在肉鸡生产中能够有效提高屠宰性能,改善饲料利用率。
The purpose of this experiment was to investigate the effects of emulsifiers on slaughter performance and nutrient metabolism of broilers at different levels of oils and fats. The experiment selected 200 one-day-age Rose 308 commercial broiler cocks randomly divided into 4 groups of 10 replicates each, with 5 chickens per replicate. Group 1 was fed with basal diet and 4% oil was added group,2 and group 1 of the same diet were additionally added with 0.02% emulsifier. group 3 were fed with basal diet and3% oil was added, group 4 and group 3 of the same diet were additionally added with 0.02% emulsifier, The test period was 42 d.The results showed that compared with the two control groups, the emulsifier could increase the slaughter rate, whole net carcass rate and half net carcass rate(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in chest muscle rate and leg muscle rate(P>0.05),The emulsifier had no stimulating effect on the internal organs of broilers, and the organ index was not significantly different(P >0.05). In the nutrient metabolism rate, compared with the two control groups, the emulsifier in the pre-growth stage of broiler chicken can greatly improve the broiler’s crude egg, crude fat, dry matter and energy utilization, and the difference was significant(P<0.05), the late growth stage of broiler chickens, compared with the control group, the emulsifier group improved the utilization of dry matter and crude fat in broilers,the difference was significant(P<0.05), and the crude protein and energy utilization rate increased, but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).It can be seen that the emulsifier can effectively improve the slaughter performance of broilers and improve the feed utilization rate of broilers.
