摘要 Toll样受体(Toll-like receptors,TLRs)是哺乳动物重要的模式识别受体(Pattern-recognition receptors,PRRs),可广泛地识别病原相关分子模式(Pathogen associated molecular patterns,PAMPs)及自身配体分子,在机体抗感染免疫中发挥着重要作用。本文系统分析猪TLRs的种类、进化特点以及免疫相关的研究现状,发现猪TLRs广泛分布在各种组织细胞内,且在免疫相关组织或细胞上数量较多;猪与人的TLRs进化关系比较接近;不同TLRs在抵御病原入侵过程中发挥着相应的作用。对猪TLRs深入地认识将为今后猪病研究及人类某些疾病动物模型的建立提供理论参考。 Toll-like receptors(TLRs) are important pattern-recognition receptors(PRRs) of vertebrate animals, and is able to recognize many kinds of pathogen associated molecular patterns(PAMPs) and corresponding adaptor molecules, playing an significant role in sensing and defensing pathogenic microorganism. In the present article, porcine TLRs are systematically elucidated on classification,tissue and cell distribution, phylogenetic analysis and research status involved in its action in immunity. We conclude that porcine TLRs are ubiquitously distributed in all kinds of tissues and cells, while in immunity-associated tissues and cells TLRs are much more distributed;the TLRs of pig and human show a close phylogenic relationship;different porcine TLRs exert corresponding function in withstanding the invasion of pathogenic organisms. More intensive understanding on porcine TLRs will provide significant reference on swine disease study and establishment of animal model associated with certain human disease.
