中国可持续发展实验区建设展望

Prospects for the Construction of Sustainable Development Experimental Zone in China

可持续发展实验区的建设促进了我国可持续发展战略的实施,协调了经济、社会和环境的关系,但仍存在顶层设计不够完善、在创新驱动战略中没有受到足够重视、能力建设工作滞后等问题。鉴于此,有必要对我国可持续发展实验区的现状进行深入分析。由此提出如下建设思路:一是构建多层次的可持续发展实验示范布局体系;二是强化以问题为导向的创新实验示范;三是完善监测评估与管理制度;四是促进可持续发展成功经验和模式的开放共享,以期为我国未来可持续发展提供有益借鉴。

The construction of sustainable development experimental zone has promoted the implementation of China's sustainable development strategy and coordinated the relationship among economy,society and environment,but there are still problems such as insufficient top-level designs,insufficient attention to innovation-driven strategies,and capacity building lag.In view of this,it is necessary to conduct an in-depth analysis of the status quo of sustainable development experimental zone in China.Therefore,the following construction ideas are proposed:the first is to build a multi-level sustainable development experimental demonstration layout system;the second is to strengthen the problem-oriented innovation experimental demonstration;the third is to improve the monitoring,evaluation and management system;the fourth is to promote the open sharing of successful experience and models in of sustainable development,so as to provide useful reference for China's future sustainable development.
