摘要 中国农村贫困地区儿童在物质和精神诸多方面存在匮乏。要使他们的身心得到健康成长,尤其需要长期持续的陪伴。当前,农村儿童在成长中存在陪伴者缺乏、陪伴需求难以得到满足的核心诉求,应予以积极重视。基于农村儿童的生活现状和成长场景,农村学校教师是实现对儿童有效陪伴的关键人。作为“关键人”,教师实施有效的陪伴,核心在于“共情”和有效的“干预教育”实施。 Children in poor rural areas in China are deficient in many aspects,both material and spiritual.Their health physical and mental growth requires long-term and continuous companionship.At present,there is an absence of companion in rural children’s growth,and the core needs for companionship is not met,which should be taken seriously.Based on the living conditions and growth scenes of rural children,teachers in rural schools are the key to effectively accompanying children.As the"key people",the core of effective accompaniment of teachers lies in"empathy"and effective"intervention education".
