摘要
该文设计了一款低功耗锂电池能量均衡控制器。以16位的低功耗MSP430F1101为主控制器,通过LTC6804电池电压/电流检测模块、均衡控制电路、LCD12864液晶显示模块及RS-485通讯模块等硬件电路,由LTC6804内嵌AD模块实现电压/电流信号的模数转换,最后采用多种方法降低系统整体功耗。测试结果表明,该系统操作简单,可稳定实现锂电池组能量均衡控制功能。
Designed a low-power lithium battery energy balance controller.16-bit low power MSP430 F1101 was used as the main controller,hardware module that LTC6804 by the battery voltage and current detection module,equalization control circuit,a liquid crystal display module LCD12864 and RS-485 communication were designed,and LTC6804 own internal AD model for analog to digital.Finally,multiple methods are used to reduce the overall power consumption of the system.The test results show that,the system has the advantages of simple operation,and can stably realized the energy balance control function of the lithium battery pack.
