辊缝仪对弧在线测量改进算法的研究

摘要 针对辊缝仪在对弧测量过程中存在精度误差的问题,该文设计了一种基于数据滤波和寻优处理的对弧测量改进算法。利用中值算法对角度仪采集的电压信号序列滤波预处理,根据实验效果确定其窗口序列长度。通过数据寻优,设定相邻电压信号步长,输出角度仪接触两相邻导辊时的最优电压值。根据对弧测量几何模型和数学公式,将导辊角度信息转换成实际位置和理论位置的偏移量。采用对弧改进测量算法在宁钢连铸机上进行在线测量,实验结果表明该算法能够提高钢厂连铸机检测的测量精度,并且已经在钢厂投入使用。 Aiming at the problem of precision error in the align measurement process by gap checker,an improved align measurement algorithm based on data filtering and optimization processing is designed. The median algorithm is used to filter and preprocess the voltage signal sequence collected by angle meter,and the length of the window sequence is determined according to the experimental effect;The step size of the adjacent voltage signal sequence is set through data optimization,and the optimal voltage value when the angle meter contacts two adjacent roll is output. According to the align measurement geometric model and the mathematical formula,the angle information of roll is converted into diff between the actual position and the theoretical position. The on-line measurement was carried out on continuous caster of the Ningbo steel by the improved align measurement algorithm. The experimental results show that the algorithm improves the measurement accuracy of the continuous caster and has been put into use in the steel mill.
