麝香保心丸与单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片联合治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床研究

Clinical study on Shexiang Baoxin pill combined with isosorbide mononitrate sustained release tablet in treating angina pectoris of coronary heart disease

目的探讨麝香保心丸与单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片联合治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法收集2016年1月~2018年12月我院收治的90例冠心病心绞痛患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组45例,对照组用单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片治疗,研究组用麝香保心丸与单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片联合治疗,治疗2个月后对比两组临床疗效。结果研究组临床总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的82.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组心电图总有效率为88.89%,高于对照组的77.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组心绞痛情况均明显改善,研究组心绞痛发作频率、持续时间、心绞痛积分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论麝香保心丸与单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片治疗冠心病心绞痛效果显著,能明显改善冠心病心绞痛患者的临床症状,减少心绞痛发作频率,使发作时间缩短,降低心绞痛积分,明显优于单独应用单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片治疗。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Shexiang Baoxin pills combined with isosorbide mononitrate sustained-release tablets in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 90 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was given isosorbide mononitrate sustained-release tablets treatment, and the study group was treated with Shexiang Baoxin pills and isosorbide mononitrate sustained-release tablets. The clinical efficacy was compared after 2 months of treatment between two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 93.33%, which was higher than 82.22% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of electrocardiogram in the study group was 88.89%, which was higher than 77.78% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the angina pectoris was significantly improved in the two groups. The frequency of the angina pectoris, duration and angina score in the study group were better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Shexiang Baoxin pills combined with isosorbide mononitrate sustained-release tablets has significant effects in treating coronary heart disease with angina pectoris. It can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with angina pectoris, reduce the frequency of angina pectoris, shorten the onset time and reduce the score of angina pectoris, which is significantly superior to the isosorbide mononitrate sustained release tablets treatment.
